Fairy Day
Celebrate the Magic of Every Season
Throughout the year, the Mary Roberts Rinehart Nature Park comes alive with enchanting seasonal celebrations that invite families to explore, create, and connect with nature. These beloved free community events blend storytelling, hands-on crafts, and outdoor adventure in our magical woodland setting.
Fall: The Magic Forest
As autumn leaves fall and the veil between worlds grows thin, the park transforms into a realm of friendly spells, seasonal stories, and festive fun. Our reimagined fall celebration welcomes families to experience the magic of the season in nature.
Activities Include:
- Spellbinding Stories: Gather around for Halloween tales and autumn folklore that celebrate the mystery of the changing season
- Halloween Trail: Follow a whimsical trail through the forest with seasonal surprises and natural decorations
- Potion Making: Concoct magical brews using natural ingredients – herbs, flowers, and forest finds
- Seasonal Crafts: Create autumn-inspired art and take-home treasures from nature’s bounty
Come in costume or autumn colors and discover the enchantment hiding in the fall woods!
Sunday, October 26,2025 • Free and open to all families
